Mousou Otome Zukan Ch05 - The Japanese Bloomer Culture

Some sort of strange (seriously, when has there been a chapter that's "normal") story about how people breed bloomers... as in those shorts that Japanese people wear in P.E lessons and not one of the many types of bread. Also, there's a dickgirl in this.
